Story”

Our journey of focused knowledge sharing began more than 20 years ago. The reason we started is simple. We want to help small and large manufacturers achieve their goals quickly with minimal pressure and cost. Today, our mission has not changed. Therefore, NCCT is a site dedicated to knowledge sharing, focusing on the characteristics of the production of diamond abrasive tools, diamond drill bits and diamond saw blades.

We have rich experience in scientific and technological development and strong production capabilities. These functions allow us to introduce the characteristics of the saw blade to you more comprehensively.

At NCCuttingTools, we are proud to be the first Chinese company to obtain the certificate issued by the China Quality Control Committee and the MPA German number ISO9001:2000. We have also won praise for the advanced SAP management system.

Questions and Answers

A: Usually caused by dirty water, insufficient water supply to blade, low powered drive motor, worn bearings or shaft, incorrect blade for material being cut.
A: Check bearings and spindle for wear,machine alignment and equal water supply to both sides of blade.
A:Ⅰ.Incorrect mounting of blade/remount blade correctly. Ⅱ.Worn bearings or bent shaft/replace worn bearing or blade shaft. Ⅲ.Blade RPM too high or incorrect tension/ensure blade is running at correct RPM.
A:Ⅰ.Blade becoming glazed due to use on material too hard for bond/ To sharpen balde,make fast (3-4m/min) shallow (3-10mm deep) passed in the material being cut, or in sandstone or asphalt for quicker results. Ⅱ.Excessive cutting pressure, high shaft RPM, low machine HP or drive belts loose/ tune engine according to manufacturer’s manual.
A:Ⅰ.Blade too hard for material being cut/use proper blade specification for material being cut. Ⅱ.Overheating due to lack of water/check water feed system and make sure the water flow is adequate on both sides of the blades. Ⅲ.Blade twisting or jamming in cut/keep sawing straight when the blade working(concave blade exceptional). Ⅳ.Out of round blade/replace worn bearing, realign blade shaft or replace worn blade arbor. Ⅴ.Incorrect blade tension/ensure blade is running at correct RPM. Ⅵ.Excessive cutting speed/slow down the cutting speed. Ⅶ.Undercutting of steel center/use sufficient water to flush out the cut or choose blade with protective teeth.
